Learn the ropes of CrossFit and gain confidence before joining normal classes in this small group or one-on-one session.
Intro 1 – is FREE and includes an introduction to basic CrossFit skills and individualised movement assessment.

For The Beginners
We periodically run a Beginners Program for those who feel like they need a bit more of a prolonged introduction to the movements of CrossFit.
This 4 week Program helps the beginner CrossFitter with the foundational movements of in a small group with other beginners. At the end we will have you feeling confident with all the movements and chomping at the bit to start group CrossFit classes.
